+ What do I do if I received a defective order?
Contact us with your shipping information and transaction receipt. We will be in contact with you asap to resolve the issue.
+ How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Contact us immediately with a copy of your transaction receipt. We will be in contact with you asap to resolve the issue. We cannot stop an item if it has already been despatched from the warehouse. If the transaction is halted in time we can definitely assist your enquire. If the item has already been despatch then you can return the item, however shipping and restocking fees may apply.

KING CAVE is operated out of our office on the Sunshine Coast, and we source all our products directly from Australian manufacturers and suppliers.
+ How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
We have over 1500 products currently available. All products are shipped from Australian-based warehouses. The exact origin of each product varies. For more information about a particular product, please contact us.
