Delivery & Shipping
Where do you ship?
Australia-wide — metro and regional. We ship within Australia only. Warranty coverage extends to Australia and New Zealand; international customers are welcome to arrange their own freight forwarding.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 72 hours of payment clearing. From there, allow 4–8 business days to major cities and metro areas, plus an additional 4–5 business days for rural and remote locations. Tracking details are emailed to you once your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is estimated at checkout and quoted on the order — never baked into the headline price. Regional or remote deliveries may need a revised freight quote; if so, we contact you before dispatch and you can accept it or take a full refund. See our full shipping policy.
How is my order delivered?
Delivery is to your doorstep only — couriers don't unpack or remove packaging. A signature is required on delivery, though "Authority to Leave" can be arranged in advance. Upstairs or indoor placement can be quoted separately. We can't deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please give an accessible street address.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 180 days of purchase, provided the item is brand new, unopened and in its original box and packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original delivery fees aren't refunded. Refunds go back to your original payment method after the goods are received and inspected.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
You're covered. Damaged or defective items qualify for repair, replacement or a full refund under Australian Consumer Law — regardless of the standard return window. Contact us with photos and we'll sort it out.
What warranty do you offer?
Every product comes with a 2-year Australian warranty, with coverage across Australia and New Zealand. Full terms are in our returns & refund policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — if your order hasn't dispatched yet, you'll get a full refund. Once an order has shipped, the standard 20% restocking fee applies. Custom-branded and made-to-order products are fully refundable up until you approve the print-ready artwork.
Custom Branding
Can you put my logo on a fridge?
Yes — that's our specialty. We brand fridges, bar stools, tables, signage, backlit displays and bar mats, across 30+ fridge models from 50L counter units to 737L flagship showcases. Start a custom project.
Do I pay before I see a mockup?
Yes. You pay for the order upfront so we know you're committed, then we produce a photorealistic mockup and revise until you approve the final print-ready files. If you walk away at any point before print approval, you get a full refund.
How long does custom branding take?
We send a quote the same business day. Once you approve the print-ready artwork, build and dispatch typically runs 2–3 weeks.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum — we brand a single unit. Volume pricing applies on orders of three or more.
How durable is the branding?
We use premium cast vinyl rated 5+ years — UV-stable, scratch-resistant and built for daily commercial use. Branded bar mats are dishwasher-safe.

Do you have a retail store?

Do I need a discount code?
No code needed — the price shown on each product is the live selling price. For volume or trade pricing, request a trade quote.
Trade & Wholesale
Do you offer trade or wholesale pricing?
Yes. We work with venues, breweries, drinks brands and resellers on volume and trade pricing. Request a trade quote and we'll come back the same business day.
