Overview
The SG1-Combo is two separate bar fridges, not one two-door cabinet: two 600mm units side by side making up 1200mm, each with its own glass door, its own controller and its own lock. That is what gives you two temperature zones - beer cold in one, wine a little warmer in the other. Together they hold 258 litres, which is 280 cans, 160 bottles or 48 wine bottles, on two heavy-duty ‘no topple’ shelves per cabinet rated to 104 kg each. Dual glazed tempered LOW E glass keeps condensation off the doors, and the polished 304 stainless interiors wipe clean. A 9-star rating and ultra-low energy EC fans hold it to 2.84 kWh a day, roughly $265.78 a year to run, at a quiet 43 dB. Tropical rated to 38°C, so it handles Australian summers without drop-off. Suitable indoors or outdoors in an enclosed, under-cover area. One door is left hinged and one is right hinged, and they are delivered as two units.

Rebuilt for Australia
The GSP alfresco range took three years of development with Staycold's engineers to get right for Australian heat, with brand-name parts from Germany, Italy and Brazil. The first units arrived in 2008 and the design has been refined ever since. In Europe, the same fridges sell as Blastcool.
Made to live outside
GSP and ENVY are rated IP24, so rain is fine, and they pull down fast on 40°C days, which means less wear on the parts. ENVY adds 316 marine grade stainless for the coast.
