The minis come from a long-standing manufacturing partner, and years of refinement have made them very well built and very stable. Schmick runs on its own ECO electronic controller with quiet running rear and inner fans, for reliable, low cost operation. Many glass door models have heated or triple glazed glass to stop condensation, and the Schmick OWL models run quieter than most others on the market.
Most Schmick fridges are rated for indoors or a covered alfresco area, enclosed and out of the rain.
